In 2010, the St. Louis Chapter of the NRHS sponsored a set of reproduction Wabash Banner china. The set includes 6" and 9" plates, 6" and 5" bowls, and a cup and saucer set. If you can see the bottom of the items (including the cup), they are backmarked as reproductions. If not, look at the flag - instead of looking wavy, it looks like it has irregular blue bars. Also, the staff is solid blue on the repros, and the tassles are too bulky. As long as you are paying attention, it should be simple enough to differentiate the repro from the real items. Care should always be excersized, but now we can expect to see Wabash Banner repro items sold without mention of their provenance.
